At Main Switch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read the policy below to understand your rights and our responsibilities.

Returns Policy

At Mainswitch.in, our return policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to be officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at info@mainswitch.in and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
